Approach

Good businesses
that could be better.

We look for businesses with a solid core and real room to grow, then help them get there with capital, partnership and better systems.

What we look for.

A solid core

Customers who already value what you do, and a product or service that works.

Room to grow

Upside from better visibility, sharper processes, automation or technology.

The right owner

Someone who wants a partner, values honest numbers and is open to new systems.

How a partnership comes together.

  1. Introduce

Send a short note about the business through the contact page.

  2. Conversation

A confidential chat about where the business is and where it could go.

  3. A closer look

We review the numbers and operations together, under an NDA if you like.

  4. Terms and partner

A clear, simple proposal, then we get to work.

How we work.

  • Long term. A five-year view, toward steady cashflow or an exit.
  • Plain numbers. Everyone sees the same figures, every month.
  • Systems first. Better systems make a business easier to run and worth more.
  • Confidential. Your information stays between us.

Questions.

Is the conversation confidential?

Yes. Anything you share stays between us, and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share detailed numbers.

What stage does a business need to be at?

There's no set stage or size. Startups with real customers and established, profitable businesses are both welcome. Every opportunity is open to discussion.

How long do you hold an investment?

We take a long view, usually around five years, aiming for either steady cashflow or an exit that suits everyone.

Is this financial advice?

No. Aberrant Capital invests its own capital in businesses. It doesn't give personal financial advice; please speak to a licensed adviser for that.
